Use the layout guide on this page to set the dimensions of your artwork.
Please note that for full page ads, a margin of 1.25cm should be added for each side.
File Formats
Please provide your artwork in the following formats:
Save your artwork as *png or jpg file before sending your artwork to the editor.
or,
provide it as a PDF if you cannot create an image version in the program you are using.
* PNG format image files are used by default when creating the Beacon Bulletin. By supplying us your artwork saved as a PNG, it will greatly reduce the time spent by the editor in processing and converting your artwork while achieving the best results in the publication.
Please DO NOT supply artwork created in MS Word (.doc or .docx), MS Publisher (.pub) as this adds extra steps to convert your artwork into a useable format.
Adobe file types from programs such as Illustrator or InDesign cannot be used.
